MyReSound is an exciting new E-Commerce platform for quick, easy and convenient access to the full ReSound portfolio. This new and easy to use website allows you to place orders and access your ReSound account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

MyReSound enables you the ability to place stock or client orders for all current ReSound hearing aids (BTE's and RIE's), Wireless Accessories and all consumable products.

    Current balance, current and previous invoices, credit notes

  • Warranty Status
    On each device, all you need is a serial number or client name
  • Repair and remake
    Status & warranty details
  • Loss and damage claims
    Status and if a device has had a claim
  • Order tracking
    Tracking for ALL order types
    (BTE, RIE, Earmoulds, Repairs/Remakes)
