member to join us.

The Role
As part of the ReSound team you will be responsible for providing audiological and technical support to customers through hearing aid fitting assistance and providing product information and troubleshooting assistance for products and software. 
You will become the resident expert on our fitting software, hearing instruments, accessories in order to offer the highest possible level of support to our customers; explaining features and benefits of the product range, always ensuring that the knowledge of the products is delivered and maintained at a high standard.

The position will be based in Macquarie Park, Sydney, New South Wales. 
This role offers variety, challenges, and job satisfaction as you work across Australia and New Zealand on a daily basis supporting clients primarily by telephone. 

To be the successful applicant you will need to posses relevant tertiary training; excellent communication skills; strong computer skills, high level problem solving skills, and ideally have a strong technical understanding.
