We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Paul Jones to Head of APAC Sales Excellence & Customer Partnership Programs.
Paul has been with GNH ANZ for 3 years and has played a key role in its success. Paul has been instrumental in changing the way GNH ANZ partner up with our customers via initiatives such as a comprehensive new partnership program, supported with a clearly executed commercial sales approach, with the objective to increase profitability while creating sustainable growth for our customers.
With Paul’s deep knowledge of GNH and commercial excellence tools and strategies, we are very excited about the contribution he will be able to make to our APAC business, which we in ANZ will continue to benefit from.
Paul started his career as a Business Analyst and has over 20 years sales management experience working in the Pharmaceutical, Optical and Audiology industries. In his new APAC role, Paul will be responsible to drive the ongoing development and implementation of the GNH way of selling and ensure that it is efficiently implemented in our sales divisions across APAC through close collaboration with the local managing directors and sales managers. Because of this experience, Paul brings a wealth of talent and knowledge to the new APAC structure and we are excited about his more hands-on role in the company.
The search for a successor has commenced, and there will be a lengthy and smooth handover, where Paul will over the coming months continue to a significant amount of his time with the ANZ business until his replacement is in place.
